This was my first visit to a Japanese hibachi restaurant. It was amazing and well worth the trip. The food was excellent, I chose chicken and filet mignon. My son got the children's filet mignon. The price looks high at first, but when you see ALL of the food you get - it's worth every penny. The noodles were great, and were my finiky 12 year old's favorite. The rice was so much better then the typical Chinese pork fried rice that I'm used to. You can taste everything in it, it's not greasy either. Also seeing the food being made in front of you puts you at ease knowing what they're putting in it. Being a semi-picky eater I thought I would've passed on the mushroom soup - but I have to say, the broth was really quite tasty (still couldn't get my son to eat it though). The hibachi chef at our table was quite a showman and even tossed small pieces of boneless chicken breast for us to catch in our mouths (I failed miserably). Bottom line, if you have the opportunity to go, definately check this place out. I can't wait to go back!

I recently dined at Noble, and I found it to be magnificent. The ambiance of the restaurant, the dining area in particular, was very pleasing, with tatami wall hangings giving diners a sense of privacy without cloying. The service was timely, friendly, and very helpful, and masterfully preserved the experience of an authentic Japanese dining experience.

The food was beyond excellent; I personally sampled the Tako (Octopus) Sushi and Unagi (broiled eel over rice) entréé. The Tako was expertly flavored and quite tender, easily the best octopus sushi I've ever encountered. The Unagi was likewise superb, presented in an artful manner with a delightfully light flavor to match. The chefs at Noble are masters of their art, and deserve much praise for their work.

I strongly recommend Nobles to anyone with an affection for authentic Japanese cuisine, or indeed, anyone who enjoys an above-average dining experience at reasonable prices. Seafood lovers in particular will not leave disappointed. Five stars out of five, I know I will be visiting again!

Wow, what a treat to be entertained by our hibachi chef. This is Amish-style accommodations where you are seated with other families but kicked up Asian style! The dexterity and quickness of our chef showed how masterfully he handled sharp utensils with ease. The portions were perfectly sized and don't forget, you are paying to not only eat but also to be pampered by the staff. Seeing how these Japanese uphold strong family respect for each other was refreshing. There is a sense of community at how each one interacts with not only family but also their seated guests. You won't be disappointed and who knows, you may walk out with new friends during the interim.

The Noble Restaurant is so "Great". I asked around and found this restaurant hidden in a plaza in Southington. First you are greeted by the Manager - John - and with a smile. We made reservations for the Hibachi. I must say the service was great - and the chef gave us just a show while he prepared our food. My family wa very impressed with the presentation not to mention the great tasting food. I suggest you visit the Noble restaurant for a real treat. By the way, if you are looking for a resturant that is sensitive to your gluten free problem - they will cook your food with soy sauce that is gluten free.
Enjoy your dinner...

After settling for 'just any sushi place', we discovered Noble and absolutely love everything about it. The sushi is fresh, perfectly made and of course tastes great. Most of my family eats hibachi or from the dinner menu and are always very happy with their meals. The management and wait staff are especially welcoming - it's nice to walk into a place and get a friendly smile!!

My friend and I try every Japanese restaurant that opens in the state. Nobles is by far the absolute best there is for miles. I love it! I love it for both the sushi and hibachi. Their sweetheart roll is my favorite, and the fried rice is the best I\'ve ever had. Their portions are generous as well. Oh and the beef tataki is just mouth watering! I\'ve introduced many friends and family members to Nobles as well. They come from out of state and when asked where they\'d like to go to eat, it\'s always Nobles.
